| About the Hunger in Georgia Web Site
HungerInGeorgia.com is a community outreach initiative that was created by Octane Interactive, a local boutique Marketing agency based in Atlanta.
Brandon Sutton and Harry Hallman, both principals of Octane Interactive, were looking for a way to help spread the word about Hunger in the community, and came up with the idea of creating an online portal to raise awareness of the issue. Sutton sits on the Advisory Board of Atlanta’s Table and both he and Hallman have created previous high-impact food drives under the name Miracle on Peachtree (events held in 2000, 2001 and 2003). Hallman and Sutton recently joined up again at Octane Interactive and wanted to begin this new journey by giving back to the community.
Octane creates social networks and provides Internet marketing consulting and promotional services for companies of all sizes, but specializes in providing exceptional value to small brands and organizations that are agile and willing to embrace emerging media and technology.
Sutton was previously an officer at Trend Influence, Inc. and Hallman was CEO of HIP, Inc., before selling the company in 2005.
